While I agree that "The Wolfman" is a wonderful movie, it is clear the make-up was, in places, still a work in progress. In more than one scene, you can see Chaney's own flesh on display (lower neck and wrists)! The make-up vastly improved, as did the transformation sequences, in "Frankenstein Meets The Wolfman".
