Tower of London (1939) first and foremost. Although not a horror film in the strictest sense, its remarkable story and cast rivals many of the best horror pictures of the day.

Vincent Price wants his Malmsey, and Boris Karloff and Basil Rathbone make sure that he gets it.

A good second choice would be The Invisible Man Returns (1940) with Vincent Price in the title role.

Abbott and Costello meet Frankenstein (1948) includes a great voice cameo by Vincent at the picture's conclusion. Price-less.

I'll have to agree with Tim and go with "Tower of London."
and "The Invisible Man Returns." And the gag ending with Price's Invisible Man voice in A&CMF was Priceless.

It's too bad Universal didn't use Price in a lot more of their horror films.
