Subject: TS Exmouth

I'm researching my family history & discovered that 2 members of the family were Exmouth boys in the 1890's. Their names were John Washford Rickman & William John Rickman from Hackney. I found their naval records from when they left the Exmouth. There was a younger brother called Stephen William Rickman. I can't find any record of him in the navy but have a photo of John Washford Rickman & a younger man both in naval uniform & wondered if it could be Stephen. Is there anywhere that I can find a list of the boys who were in the Exmouth during those years ? Would be grateful for any help.
