Subject: Arthur Garrett 12 years - Scholar on HMS Exmouth in 1881 Census

Would be oblidged if someone could provide me with the address to apply for copy of attestation form submitted by Arthur Garrett when he enlisted as a scholar on HMS Exmouth during (prior) the 1881 England census which might help me to identify his parents' names. After completion his training Arthur served as a stoker in the RN with a personal number of 129687. He is my grandfather.. Harry
