Subject: pattern

I am looking for a pattern in February 2004 Hooked on crochet call Ring of Love. It is a doily with hearts around the inside edge with bows at each top area. It has a crochet center then the 12 red hearts and and outer area of crochet. I have looked on many many crochet sites and can't find it. Thank You
