Louisiana has some prelim pageants. State is always at the end of Oct. or the beginning of Nov.helper04:27:40 08/30/09 Sun
    Louisiana is so fortunate to have many prelims for state. I love the opportunities it gives to girls so that their dreams can be reached!!!!contestant18:57:19 09/06/09 Sun
