Entry fee: 65.00 (includes side awards & photogenic)
Attire: Casual wear (off the rack or handmade)
(0-5)- All Natural (no fake hair or make up)
(6-up) Light make-up only (no fake hair)
Registration Times:
(0-5) 10am-10:45am Pageant begins at 11:00 am
(6 & up) 2pm- 2:45 pm Pageant begins at 3:00 pm
Age Groups:
0-11 months , 12-23 months, 2-3 yrs, 4-5 yrs, 6-7 yrs, 8-9 yrs, 10-12 yrs, 13-14 yrs, 16 -19 & 20 & up
*Supremes & overalls will be added at the door for 20.00*
0-5 supreme, 6 & up supreme, overall most beautiful, overall fashion & over photogenic (one in each 0-5 & 6 & up)
AWARDS:
Overall Most beautiful, fashion & photogenic:
~Certificate, participant crown, & nice gift
Supremes:
~Huge Crown, Monogrammed satin sash, Titled T-shirt, Angel pin, Silver Tray, & Hello Kitty tote with nice gifts inside.
Queens:
~Big Crown, Monogrammed Satin Sash, titled T-shirt, Silver Tray, Hello Kitty tote with a gift inside.
Princess:
Nice Tiara, Wrap around Ribbon banner, Titled T-shirt, silver tray, Princess box with a gift inside.
1st & 2nd place:
Wrap around Ribbon banner, Silver Tray, Hello kitty tote with a gift inside.
Angels not placing will receive a Silver Tray & Hello Kitty tote with a gift Inside.

All awards are guaranteed up to 50 contestants. After that more will have to be

General Information
-All judges are qualified, and do not live in Vernon Parrish. Decisions are final.
-Door Admission is 5.00 Adults & 3.00 Children. Everyone pays but the contestant.
-I have the right to combine, or split the groups at any time.
-If you are crowned Supreme or Queen you agree to uphold your duties through out the state of Louisiana (such as parade, relay for life‘s etc). Queens can not re-compete next year unless you move up a group. All queens & supreme must attend next years pageant to crown the new winners.
-No 30 backdate. You must compete the age you are on the pageant date.
-because of Hurricane season if the pageant has to be rescheduled your money will be forwarded. No refunds will be given.
-No modeling experience necessary, Great for beginners.
-Poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
-No door entries. Must be paid in full before the deadline.
-No personal checks. Cash, Money orders, pay-pal (add 4%) & business checks only.

I understand that the First united Methodist Church of Leesville Or the director is not responsible for any accident, injury, illness, theft, or personal loss incurred at the pageant. I also acknowledged that, if crowned Queen or supreme I will be a respresentative of the Louisiana Miss Angel Of Hope pageant, any unlikely conduct through out the year can result in loss of title, crown, sash & T-shirt.

All ads must be turned in by: September 7th 2007. Programs books will be for sale at thepageant for 5.00. Please try to sale ads to help raise money for the American Cancer Society! (ads money does not apply to the entry fee)
