Subject: Some serious stuff:

Take your Vitamin C's and stay as far away as possible from anyone with that danged flu bug that is going around.

I made the mistake of giving someone a ride and was boxed up in the car with them for about 20 minutes......he should have stayed home!. I have been battling his flu for nearly 2 weeks. Cost me a day and a half from work and a pile of OT. You veg under the couch blanket and start to get your enegy back and think you're past the worst of it but you're exhausted in no time. Not to mention the stupid cough that seems to be hooked to your insides by an elastic band. Take care my friends and stay well!
