Subject: To those here who are Scottish or of Scottish decent....I hope you all had a nice "National Tartan Day"....Yes it is a legitimate special day. Congress passed a resolution making April 6th National Tartan Day back in 1998. While it's not celebrated as largely as St. Paddy's Day it is getting more recognition. Many large cities have parades and other events to celebrate it.
