Subject: Looking through the archives again and based on perfomances from other pageants - I think the 1st RU to Teen in 2004 (Natalie Bell) & the 1st RU to Miss in 2004 (Yolanda Makle) should return. They've both done well in other systems and 1st RUs that return seem to do well as the current MS, TEEN & MISS are all former 1st RUs. I don't know either girl but based on their performances in '04 they should give it another shot.
