- Looking through the archives again and based on perfomances from other pageants - I think the 1st RU to Teen in 2004 (Natalie Bell) & the 1st RU to Miss in 2004 (Yolanda Makle) should return. They've both done well in other systems and 1st RUs that return seem to do well as the current MS, TEEN & MISS are all former 1st RUs. Okay, who has the scoop...I was looking through the photos from Nationals and noticed a few things in the MS division. There were supposed to be 9 delegates however, in the orientation photo there are only 6. So then when you go through all the MS photos, there are only 5 delegates?

What I want to know is what happened to Massachusetts/Texas/New England?
Also, not to bring up an old topic but Ms. Mexico is in the orientation photo but not in any individual photos...seriously was she really the 1st runner-up and then stripped of that title?

        I'm sorry, but this really just isn't true. Her husband was there, and I am SURE if it was a major emergency, he would have been contacted. Again, there really is no ounce of truth to this. The MS. CURVES AMERICA PLUS PAGEANT is seeking contestants to compete in the 2006 National Pageant, February 10-11, 2006 in Timonium, Maryland. The pageant "Celebrates Beauty at every Size"

The reigning Ms. Curves America 2005, BONNIE ICKES will crown the new Ms. Curves America national winners. Four (4) national winners will be crowned.

Contestants must be ladies, ages 18-over, size 14 plus, and may be single or married. The national delegates will compete in Interview, Casual Wear, Fashion Wear and Evening Wear.

Upon their arrival on February 10, 2006 the national delegates will attend a Press Reception and Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Dinner. A representative from the Komen Maryland Foundation will be in attendance to accept the donations raised by the national delegates.

- I can only comment about Ms. Mexico and that she was extreamly rude after crowning, in the back saying the pageant was fixed among other things. SHE did not stay for photos. It was not like she was told she could not have photos taken after crowning. SHE decided on her own free will to leave. BECAUSE of her poor sportmanship she was stripped of her title. It clearly states in the paper work poor sportsmanship will not be tolerated. My guess is that since she decided to not stay, and her attitude of sour grapes was very obvious, her photos that WERE taken over the weekend- were not posted.     I wasn't judging her personality-wise, because you're right, I don't know her. I realize that my use of the word "sassy" didn't read the way I meant it to. I was commenting on her in that dress, in that photo. Certain styles require a certain look to successfully carry it off. Again, in my OPINION, she doesn't have it. To do that dress justice, the hair needs to be slicker (preferably pulled back), make-up smokier and more sultry, and body more volumptuous. Can someone please give an honest opinion about Ms. Belleza Latina. I am planning on enering in the Miss division. I have already sent my initial deposit. I have heard so many bad things about Maria Torres. Please be honest.

- I don't know who you are, but Maria has taken on 2 people to help her run BL and I am one of them. I know for a fact that none of the 2006 delegates have sent in their deposit. And if you have paid your initial deposit you must also have a contract...so be careful because Maria clearly states that delegates involved in gossip, rumors, etc. will be disqualified.
