Police and law enforcement agencies themselves COULD not see and observe these happenings because of a dangerous characteristics of advanced darkness into the later morning hours under a so-called "Daylight Time"..


Wintertime is NOT summertime.

Therefore Daylight Time ought to be put in a burial box for all time..
