He probably sqawks about the Second being an instrument of governmental "right" and or state "right". His/her place and a ajoining area neighborhood a cesspool of violence, kidnappings, rapes, pimping, street whores, driveby shootings, knivings and outright cold blooded murders.

Gun "free" zones usually governmental supported hotspots for robberies, rapes and murders. School campuses with gun "free" zones noted for the above activity. Students are lambs to slaughter when no law abiding one is allowed to carry.

Virginia Tech examples the above paragraph.
