A wealthy, powerful New England family with many egos and aspirations to compete with. A challenged lady who could not keep up with her siblings due to possible mental issues and circumstances.

He may have had effects of being mentally and emotionally disturbed while being denied oxygen during her birth in 1918.

A father who was apt to go in favor of his sons who would covet political careers over a daughter whose mental difficulties overwhelmed the same dad..

To lobotomize her and put her some place and away from the rest of the family. She would be in care of nuns at the Catholic hospital and care facility located in Wisconsin..

This is what he ordered and what he did. Her mother would object to the lobotomization procedure, but her power hungry husband would still order his daughter's lobotomization at the hands of a non-surgeon, neurologist and eventual pitchman of the dangerous practice, Walter Jackson Freeman.

Or the same Walter Jackson Freeman who would escape direct responsibility of the circumstance would have his partner and associate perform the actual horrific procedure. (Dr. James Watt) The two would break from one another when it came to a dispute using a kitchen icepick in 1950)

This was of Walter Jackson's Freeman's kitchen icepick. Which was inserted and pounded into the upper eye sockets into the frontal brain area...

Perhaps an older son running for the presidency in 1960 was of more important circumstances and criteria as indicated and observed. This. at the time when his sister was that of a two-year old mentally and sequestered into the same Catholic care center in Wisconsin.

The sons would come first possibly in the eyes of the powerful patriarch dad. All for the glory of nationwide political power over a daughter by now but forgotten.

The father himself would never visit her and her mother would do and later on the siblings at the Wisconsin facility..

This may have shown guilt and or no feelings at all, father to daughter. The powerful father would die later on.

All from a wealthy and influential family located in Hyannis Port, Massachusetts.

Later on the political party of this famed wealthy family would somehow champion rights of women, but the same political party has never addresses this tragic circumstances of a Rosemary Kennedy..

A daughter which was all but forgotten and forsaken by a father who would never even visit her all those years..

Very sad as illustrated..

Perhaps she never fitted in with all the problems she may have had, real or imagined....
