San Francisco city and county government takes no responsibility for the shooting death of an innocent, young woman by the name of Kate Steinle.

Kate Steinle was shot to death by a CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIEN who found a gun nearest the wharf area adjacent to the San Francisco-Oakland Bay area..

San Francisco city and county refuses to bone-up and or take personal responsibility of the death of the very young woman in question..
