Subject: Nicole, the cracked eggs...

Keep an eye on that one egg that bled and then dried. You may want to pop a little hole in the big end when all others start to hatch.
The reason being is that the dried blood from the crack just might have the chick stuck in one position and stuck to the shell....kind of like what happens when they take too long to hatch and they dry out too much and get stuck. It's going to be a tough call, with all the hatching I've done.....I tend to just know when a chick needs that extra boost because they are stuck.
Just wanted to mention that because I didn't see anything stated about the fact that the chick might be stuck with the dried spot around the crack......and if the chick survived and starts to peck at the egg to pip....then that may be one you could just help once the timing is right.
