OK, I'll toss my 2 cents in ... I don't sell my bunnies for Easter. I know impulse buys are what gets a lot of people hooked on a particular type of animal, but I'd rather place my bunnies - whether they are pets or show bunnies - with someone who has done their homework and knows what they are getting into. I think with birds and bunnies, there is a common misconception that they are super easy to maintain. In comparison to a dog, I suppose that may be true, but since the birds and bunnies have their own unique set of issues, I just prefer to place mine with someone who knows what they are getting into.

I like your policy of taking back any animal that ends up being more than the new buyer cares to deal with, but I worry about who will actually follow through on that versus just releasing the BQ into the wild.
