First pour the paint into about a quart of water in a gal pail, then mix up the paint until it is duleited then strain it over and over until all the plastic is out. Then add water until you get it the color you want. put the paint in a 5 gal bucket and dunk the skirt down into the water/paint. hang to dry if it is to light then dunk it again let dry and keep doing this until you get it the color you want.
