You might need the photographer's permission. We needed to have an 8x10 for a pageant and the photographer allowed us to copy the proof since we were buying pictures from them to begin with, but they did have to sign a release form, and the store made a copy of it. The store could get sued, so they cover their track, and they have to key in something in order for you to print your picture. The machine that prints the pictures can pickup something that signals that it might not be allowed to be copied. This might not be the case with all pictures, but it did recognize our picture, and the clerk had to get a password to override its rejection. I know I have wrote a lot here, but it was pretty easy to do, it just wouldn't have been if I didn't have the paper and permission. I hope this helps.
