I just lost my cat three hours ago. I had to make that hard decision. He was 21 years old. I love him with all my heart. The pain is just horrid.

I like to believe that I will see my cat(s) in heaven when I go up there. I am a Christian so I do believe that pets are in their heaven waiting for us to join them. I like to think that.

Its so wierd not having my cat here. I am in shock right now and the tears are just running down. I know it was the right decision but I still feel that I let him down. I know that with God's strength, you and I will be ok. We have to remember that we loved our pets and they had a wonderful life because of us. We should be joyous that we are loving people and that our pets reaped the rewards for that. God knew that our pets were blessed with having us in their lives. He picked us to care for them just as He picked them for us to love and care for. He knew what He was doing. What a wonderful gift that God gave us and to our pets.
