Subject: moxie

i lost my kitten Moxie Mae on october 5th. she would have been 1 year old on Christmas.im 15 years old. my mom saw a pit bull in our front yard. i brought it into the backyard and played with it while my mom looked for his parents. Moxie jumped into the yard and the dog attacked her. in retrospect i think he was trying to protect me.he got her bythe neck and i was beating the crap out of him. screaming an crying.i got a tree branch 6 inches thick and broke it over his head, i tried to choke it, everyt5hing. my niebhbor came with a gun and another came with a catchpole and he dropped her and i laid on top of my baby kitty and wasnt scared till i got out of my yard.i went to the hospital and was treated for a dog bite to my left bicep and was such a mess they gave me darvecete ond a bottle full of "little blue pills" and im still having nightmares.i was just wondering if anybody could help.
i made a little shrine with her ashes and purple squeeky mouse that we named dingle and that she would fetch on command.and ive done everything i can think of , i mean i dont let my other cats go outside, im not scared of big dogs now, but my 3 little dogs still miss her, if i say "Moxie"they all look for her.we got a kitten to help,(my other two cats are ,um,well, pointy, and his name is Bean, sweetest thing in the world, siamese with almost colorless eyes, and he sleeps on my face and purrrrrrs all night, but i would trade him in an instant if i could get moxie back, every pointy, tempermental, hair-ball heaving, missing-the-litterbox-and-staining- my- wall-yellow, jumping-on-my-feet-at-2-am-every-stinkin-night inch of her.

i need help moving on.
please e-mail me if you can help.
thanks.
