I am in your shoes now, I have my sweet Brandy Anne, a 22 year old calico, she has been through it all with me, I got her soon after highschool and now I am 40 years . She has always been an over friendly cat, everyone always says that they have never seen such a friendly cat, people that dont even like cats always say that they would take her in a minute. It seems that the past couple of days she has taken such a bad turn for the worst, losing her will be like losing a big part of my life. lastnightI held her and just cried, it seems that she is more concerned for me as she licked my tears away. she has always been a mama to everyone. I just cant bring myself to take her in cause I know that I will come home empty handed. I am also dealing with an ill husband with liver disease. I prayed hard lastnight that she would just go in her sleep. my eyes are so swollen that I may call in sick to a hard nosed boss that just wouldnt understand if I told the truth. I love my little Brandy anne, life just wont be the same without her.
she is such an icon to me and my family.
