Subject: My sweet Corky

Corky was a happy, very patient, loving yellow Lab. He chose us... His original owners were going to give him to the pound when he was 10 years old, stating they couldn't care for him anymore... He would come to our house all the time.. His owners were new neighbors.. One day I was at the grocery and when I got back home my kids came crying ,the dog warden took corky away, so I jumped back into my car and went straight to the pound I brought him home.. He lived here for 4 more years. Tonight May 2nd 2003, he fell over with a seizure I took him to the vet and he had so many health problems and was so weak the only thing I could do for him was have him put to sleep. I miss him dearly!!!! He was always by my side slept beside my bed, loved to play ball.I even would buy him is very own swimming pool HE LOVED that. He always seemed to have a smile on his face. I know he is in heaven. He will always have a special place in my heart. Rest in Peace my beloved best friend I LOVE You!
