Dear Renee,I know how you feel.It is 4 months today that I had to put my dog Lucky to sleep.I also got a new puppy,he is a Lab mix and he is 4 1/2 months old.I love him already but I still miss my boy so much.I had him over 13 years.He was dumped on the road near our hobby farm 13 years ago,scared and skinny.I took him in and gave him a good home and he returned that love many times over.I also used to talk to him about my problems,he was a good listener.Where ever I was, he was there with me except the last few months when he couldn't find the energy any more.My husband used to say,when I am looking for you I just have to look for Lucky and there is my Sue.Lucky and Rose are probably playing together at Rainbow Bridge waiting for us to join them.I will say a prayer for them and us.Take care.Susan.
