You were so lucky to have been blessed with this time on earth with your Goofy Girl. And how lucky you were to have understood how special the bond can be with a furbaby. I have been coming to this site lately because I will soon have to make the decision to say good bye to a cherished pet of 15 years. I only hope that once I have said good- bye that I can look at his time on earth as positively and as relatively free of sadness as you view your time with your little one. When they are young and healthy, the time seems to pass so quickly and then one day you see them and realize that their bodies are growing old and weary. Oh, what a truly special journey it is from beginning to end. I wouldn't choose to give up a minute of it. May these days of sadness pass quickly for you. Karen
