Subject: sara my dog

i had to have my lovely dog and friend put to sleep i looked after her for three months during her illness but one day i got up in the morning and her back legs were so bad she could not even stand my husband and son took her to the vet she was put to sleep i wish i could have gone but i couldnt i miss her so much i feel bad because we left her with the vet after she was put down as i could not cope with bringing her home to bury her i feel so bad about that but i loved her so much also i was wondering if they have any pain getting put to sleep i am making myself ill all i do is cry i miss her so much i dont think the pain is going to go is it the right thing to do when your pet is suffering please answer me i have to speek to someone about it
