Mitchell,

I said good bye to my 15 year old siamese cat on Monday and although I personally feel numb and devastated, I have to say that the actual process was so peaceful. They just very quickly drift off to sleep. There wasn't any struggle, nothing...just peace and freedom from the pain. Today is wednesday and although I still feel awful, the dying part for my baby was so peaceful. I was so happy that I found the courage to give him this last gift. It was one of the hardest things that I have personally done in this lifetime, and I'm glad that I could do it for him..my precious little one. You did the right thing. Please believe that..
