Hi Cindy, I just wanted to say that I'm sorry that you've had to go through this with 'Cody'. I'm going through the same at the moment... I had my dog put to sleep yesterday and I'm finding it hard even though I know its the best thing for her, but she was such a sweet little dog. We only had her for 14 months and she was 13 years old... but its long enough for me to fall in love with any dog.

I stayed with her until the very evn and 10 minutes afterwards. My fella didn't want me to stay with her incase it made me even more upset, but I knew it wasn't right for her to die in someone else's arms apart from mine... I told her that she was a good girls and that I love her as she passed away, next thing the vet checked her and he said "She's passed away" and I just said "thankyou and started to cry even more"... I'm even crying now, but I know that she's not suffering anymore. X X FastaPuzzyCat@lycos.co.uk
