In response to your message I wanted to reply I also lost my Himmie the same day. He was only a little over 4 yrs old. Such a sweet little face with the little blue eyes always so engrossing to me. He seemed ok over the days but Wednesday he did not want to eat. He was on a special diet as he had often blocked with his bladder. I always rushed him to vet for this. This time he was urinating profusely and drinking alot of water. By Wednesday night when we were going to take him to vet to see why he was urinating more and not wanting to eat I went to bedroom to get him and he had laid down his little body and died on my bed. Now I feel guilty and so so depressed. Blame myself for this. The ifs are coming to mind. If I had only taken him sooner to vet. If I had noticed maybe more signs of illness. All the ifs and heartaches cant be anwered right now. I also just lost my mother so am knowing Dustyblue is on her lap now in peace. Thanks for reading!!!
