Mrs America STATE varies from state to state. Mrs America Nationals. Mandatory Ad $1000 (sometimes covered under state win prizes) and that is all. Everythng else is provided. Optionals are the National Photo Package $199, Any incidental purchases, and Family hotel, food, flight, and tickets to the show. Plan on, with both, $5000 (that is including the wardrobe). Mrs United States is mostly all At Large that is why all expenses are on your own. Forgot to clarify! 09/11/13 Wed

Mrs United States at large is $1,500. Minimum ad required $550 (only 1/2 page required for at-large). Optional photographer photos around $125, optional dvd around $100, breakfast and lunch is provided but not dinner during the pageant, room is provided if you stay with pageant assigned roommate, and travel is on your own. Of course, hiring makeup and hair stylists is optional. You can get an awesome used wardrobe that rivals anything new. (NT) -- Good luck, 09/11/13 Wed

good breakdown. 5K is about right for US if you keep your costs at minimum. It's the option of getting your own room and meals, flying that raise it up high. Bringing family is much more - but it's got to be the cheapest one of the 3. Int'l requires so much upscale wardrobe and trying to impress, that it will cost you more. America is so long that you can't help but spend a bunch.
