Subject: Most pageants are all held during the 3 summer months & most of them are small pageants without non-competes. There's nothing wrong with competeing in a few summer pageants. So what if someone wins two who really cares? Anyone is welcome to compete so seriously why the big deal? Just have fun & do your own thing. If you win two good for you if you win three whooopie! It's not crown chasing for some women it actually is JUST a hobbie & a fun thing to do with your friends, not an actual "way of life". Chill out! Many pageants including the Big 3 except for America (They may have 1 or 2 at large) do not have directors for every state or country. So if there is no no-compete clause and you can afford it, then there you go.
