 I was very interested to watch this programme but was really concerned when the teacher threw a fit and acted totally unprofessional, in my opinion, by his inappropriate interaction and behaviour. He took his frustrationon out on the learners which I felt put teachers in a bad light.

The leaners who have problems with reading and writing will have confidence issues and need lots of patience and reinforcement of learning, not to be shouted at and made to feel the problems are their fault.
