 Hi everyone.
I am up to Module 3 on the course and just thought I would mention the book: Teaching Synthetic Phonics by Phona Johnston and Joyce Watson which I bought from Amazon. It is very up to date, published just last year, and demonstrates how to put Letters and Sounds into practice as well as more general phonics teaching and related issues.
