 My tutor asked me to share this game which practises CVC words.
Bingo is a popular game which I use to practice CVC words.
Children sit on a circle. I give out sheets with CVC words. I use cards with a CVC word printed on the left side while a full colour corresponding picture printed on the right hand side of the card. Every time I draw up a card the children mark the word on their sheet. By the time I draw the final card, everybody goes ‘Bingo!’ because all of them have the same word written randomly on their sheet.
