Subject: Seems like a reasonable request. I would imagine most bands would choose not to keep their fans in the dark about why one of the members of the band has not been playing with them lately. Author: Especially if it is not a personal think involving Alan's health or rehab or womething like that. I think a statement from the band is warranted. Subject Author Date i think a statement from the band will come when they want to give one. you think a statement is warranted? is there some sort of rule book on how a band is suppose do deal with their fans that i don't know about? if there is, maybe they don't know it exists either. maybe they're not sure what the outcome of their situation (whatever it is) will be. maybe they haven't even been on the board for a few days. think of all the thousands, maybe millions of reasons there could be.
