Lisa, Maura (my daughters) and I have formed “Team Kennett” to join the CARES Food Network in raising money for the hungry in Chester County. The goal for the organization is to raise $200,000 by August 31st. The Cares Food Network, formerly known as Chester County Cares, provides direct food services, emergency resources, and referral information to more than 100,000 low-income individuals and families in Chester County. The organization also provides books and personal products.
We ask that you support our team, “Team Kennett” in this most important venture. Any donation is appreciated and no amount too small. Donations can be sent to me at 422 South Union Street, Kennett Square, Pa 19348 Checks should be made to “Cares Food Network”.
