I think that the relationships of the early mixed and full-bloods are very difficult to sort out. There was no bio for Pacanne in Hodges' Handbook of American Indians North of Mexico under any spellings including those containing the letter "k" instead of "c". I also checked the Gale Encyclopedia, Carl Waldman's Atlas of the North American Indian and Richard Pangburn's Indian Blood books. You probably have the best information already barring information from local histories, military, church or other deeper material.
