After her marriage to George C. Coburn she lived primarily in Menifee and Montgomery Counties of Kentucky, but at some time lived in Floyd County and a professional genealogist said she was born in Morgan County, KY, in 1845 to Aaron Brown and his wife, Sarah. Aaron was born in either Tennessee or Kentucky and Sarah was born in Kentucky. Susan(ah) had an older brother named John or John David Brown and a younger sister named Elizabeth. I have had great difficulty locating any information on Susan(ah) Brown's family and the information that she may have been born in Morgan County was news to me.
