Subject: Illonois Gov. Blagojevich "Railroaded" on charges fueled by a Political Agenda?

Why is U.S. Atty. Patrick Fitzgerald and FBI special agent Robert Grant openly discussing this case with the general public with regards to content of the investigation, and PUBLICALLY infering that Governer Rod Blagojevich is involved and guilty BEFORE any trial begins?

That is BLATANTLY unconstitutional!

Under these conditions the whole investigation appears to be tainted, and motivated by politics instead of justice. Even if Governer Rod Blagojevich is guilty, due to misconduct during the discovery/investigation phase of this case, any judge with ethics should be compelled to throw this case out.
