The ORIGINAL POST was my observation of the case BEFORE I found out that JUST PREVIOUS to these charges being leveled, Governor Blagojevich had spoken out against BANK OF AMERICA!!!

I'm sorry but that just BLOWS IT FOR ME,,,,,

Governor Blagojevich IS INNOCENT in my eyes, U.S. Atty. Patrick Fitzgerald and FBI special agent Robert Grant should be charged with conducting a WITCHHUNT for a POLITICAL agenda.

I am not an attorney, but I'm sure the word "CONSPIRICY" would be in the text of charges that should be brought against Patrick Fitzgerald and Robert Grant!
