Subject: Tea Party Speaker uses Handicap Slur to insult Counter Protesters

On April 15, 2011, We witnessed Stephen Kruiser resort to using a handicap Slur,

to insult Tea Party Counter Demonstrators, at a Tea Party Rally in Portland Oregon.
