This dress has won numerous grand and ultimate grand supreme titles at the national level.
It is absolutely breathtaking in person!
It was made by Rena of Cinderella Fashions and is featured on her website.
It fits a 3t- slim 5t comfortably.
Included is the shell, skirt, bustle, and two hair bows.
