Hi Linda -

Your note was pretty timely, as I have been practicing my inhales and late last night, and a few times today, was able to try what you had said, and the results overall were wonderful. I found a style (after a few tries) that really increased the feeling of the sensation in my lungs when I inhale. While I had begun to enjoy this over the last several days with the smaller drags, it is a much more enjoyable feeling now, and I was able to do it with little discomfort. It does feel wonderful Linda, so I guess I am getting used to it now that it has been two weeks for me. I also experienced the buzz that you mentioned while practicing, and it was also a great feeling. It was almost like the dizziness I had when I first started, but since it was not as intense it was enjoyable. When I stood up from sitting down, I actually felt pretty wobbly for a second or two, and extremely relaxed, but again overall a wonderful experience. I am going out with non-smoking friends tonight, so I will have to ait to enjoy an evening cig when I get back, but that is OK.

Hope you have a nice weekend!

Bill
