OK, Bill, you sure that you're ready? Once you get the hang of inhaling, there's no turning back.

Alright, first, you need to find a place that's relaxing where you can sit comfortably. I know you go to the woods to smoke now, but maybe you can find someplace different, like a park bench, or if you have a car, you can park it in the corner of a mall and smoke in your car.

After you find your comfortable place, close your eyes and relax - take a minute to relax your whole body - you don't want to be stiff or nervous at all. If you like the smell of an unlit cig., run one under your nose a couple of times.

Now, light your cig., take a small puff, and inhale by sucking in with kind of a backwards letter "F" - FFFFFFFFF.
Hold it for a second or two, and exhale. Wait about a minute and take a second puff, and then a third puff if you want to. Then put out the cig. and see how you feel.

Let us know what happens!! If you don't like it, that's OK. If you do like it, we can help you take deeper drags and inhales if you want to.

If anyone else has other words of encouragement for Bill, please share them with him now, before he starts this wonderful journey.
