If they do bring back the news updates, can you please urge them to use the K-EARTH sounder ("DUN-Dun-duuuuuuun!") again? I used to love that...though it could scare you if you don't expect it :-)

Really, the best way to see what you want the station to do come to fruition is not to BAWWWWWWWWWWW about it incessantly, but to ask the station itself, persistently but politely. That's why we have a CBS-FM again, so why not use that for other aspects of the station?
