I give WCBS-FM points to making strides to make listeners happy in one way or another. It's far from perfect which is why this time they can't afford to rest on their laurels.

After all everyone and I mean everyone got caught with their pants down two years ago so lessons have been larned to some degree.

And that's a step in the right direction.
