Hi Alan, I think many are really a bit afraid of what's going to be played & there were songs from the late 70's & 80's but it really wasn't that bad & they did mix in some real early 60's stuff & then yes I know I heard chuck Berry & what ever he sang was from 1956 & then came Elvis but I can't remember what Elvis song they played. Gosh I'm just happy tohear him, it's been at least 2 years since I've gotten in the car & heard him. i've listened online too but it's not exactly the same. :) I really think it's just a matter of time before they've got the phone going & people can call in too you know? & then we'll be able to request stuff. With the DJ's after a while they'll just end up playing it. :)
