Disappointed by tonght's show. Technical difficulties delayed the start of the show about 30 minutes, but that can happen to anybody. However, Norm began the show with an apology about the technical problems and then spoke at length about the prep that went into this show marking the 22nd anniversary of the decision to make Cleveland the home of the Rock N' Roll hall of fame. While, as usual I enjoyed the music, and some of Norm's comments about the artists, it was an endless ad for the hall of fame, with numerous uninteresting comments by hall of fame brass. "22 years ago, Cleveland was named the site of the Rock N' Roll hall of fame, your thoughts?" Or "how do you feel about that?" In New York, we care why? Norm became the radio great he is with his great insights into the music and his great presence and voice, not schilling for a museum.
