Paul-Although your idea about a poll is a good one, I do not think it will do anything. As Bruce said in his post, A poll was taken before and CBS-FM kept Jack. CBS-FM will never admit they made a mistake. They were determined to kill Oldies to get a younger audience. Although I miss CBS-FM, I now subscribe to Sirius and XM. I am able to listen to Cousin Brucie, Norm N. Nite and Bobby Jay. I also listen to many Oldies Stations online as well as SNO on WABC but I will admit it is not the same as having a NY Oldies station 24/7. Ron Lundy used to call NY The Greatest City In The World and it is a shame that NY does not have an Oldies Station.
