It seems to me that infinity is doing to WOGL what they did to CBS-FM with small playlist, a lack of 50's music and playing a lot of 70's music. WOGL even plays only 70's music from 12-9PM on Sunday as CBS-FM did with 70's at 7 every night. As least CBS-FM played 50's music on Sunday Nights. WOGL seems to be playing a lot of Hard Rock like the Stones, Steppenwolf etc. I am surprised that WOGL does not play motown music. WJMK HD plays only 60's and 70's music as well and it is owned by Infinity. It seems to infinity is trying to get a younger audience and still calling their stations oldies station as CBS-FM did. Infinity is doing this at all their oldies stations. I used to listen to WOGL all the time when I went to Philly. It used to be a good station. WOGL recently started streaming and I was looking forward to having a good oldies station to listen to. I was not happy in what I heard and I have stopped listening and have gone back to listening to WLNG. Its all about demo's. It seems to me infinity wants to have nothing to do with oldies. Infinity would have switched WOGL to Jack but Philly had a station with a Jack like format so WOGL stayed with oldies. I would not be surprised if that in the future that WOGL dropped oldies for something else.
